What is the composition of the products and where are they manufactured?
Our creations are made from Ecocert certified rapeseed vegetable wax . (for wax melts and candles) and an alcohol-free plant-based solution (for diffusers and mists) .
Each base is paired with a fragrance from Grasse , free of CMR substances (carcinogenic, mutagenic, reprotoxic), vegan , and phthalate-free. 🍃
The wicks are French , made of lead-free cotton , the candle glasses are French and all of our products are hand-poured in our workshop in Normandy .
What are the delivery times?
Orders are prepared within 1 to 2 business days , then shipped according to the chosen delivery method. In optimal conditions, the order is available the day after shipment at your chosen pickup point.

Refusez le colis au point relais s’il est visiblement endommagé. Il sera immédiatement renvoyé à l'atelier.
Si la casse est constaté après ouverture :
Faites une réclamation très rapidement en nous fournissant les photos du colis + des produits cassés + étiquette transport.
Can I modify or cancel my order?
If your order has not yet been shipped, please contact us as soon as possible at 02 61 83 00 56 or via the chat box on the homepage ( red chat bubble in the bottom right corner ). We will do our best to help you.
How much are the delivery charges?
Delivery is offered at €3.90 to a collection point and is free for orders over €50 , in mainland France.
If you are outside this area, shipping costs will be calculated at checkout. Delivery is available in Europe, French overseas departments and territories, and the rest of the world.
How do I use my scented candle properly?
When using for the first time, leave the candle burning until the entire surface is melted. This ensures even burning and prevents tunneling.
Should I cut the lock of hair?
Yes 😊 Before each lighting, cut the wick to about 1 cm for a stable and smokeless flame.
